IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER
The Douglas County Fairgrounds has updated its Event Booking Policies and Rental Rates Effective November 1, 2025. Booking Windows are now based on Event Size:
Small Events: 6-Month Booking Window
Large Events: 12-Month Booking Window
Mega Events: 24-Month Booking Window

Event Staff will review all applications based on duration, attendance, and facilities requested.
